[Orlsta] LSTA 2016 3rd quarter reports

Hello Everyone,

This is a reminder that 3nd quarter financial and activity reports are due on April 30, 2017.

Report forms can be found at : https://www.oregon.gov/osl/LD/Pages/lstagrantee.aspx. Send report forms to Ferol Weyand at ferol.weyand at state.or.us<mailto:ferol.weyand at state.or.us>.

Remember that the grants close out on June 30, 2017, and all activities must be completed by then.

Please remember to scan and send copies of receipts with notes as needed when claiming funds!!

Final claims for payments must be submitted by July 14, 2017.
