Hi all,

We just completed the federal paperwork that secures the Federal Fiscal Year (FFY) 2014 funds.  As I write, the State Librarian, MaryKay Dahlgreen, is signing the  grant contracts for the competitive FFY2014 projects.   Grants are set to begin March 1, after you sign them.  Remember that costs prior to March 1 cannot be billed to the grant.

Along with your contracts, we will mail the Certifications document that will also need to be signed.  Sign both copies of the contract, and return one to use with the certifications document.  We also ask that you complete the grant contact document and send it back also.

We will mail the contracts to you Tuesday morning.
