Hello all,

To all grantees:

Please be sure to check your grant contract and get your activity and financial reports in on time. Even if the status is “no activity on this item,” get them in. Starting this year, each competitive grant’s and statewide project’s activity reports will be routed to a Library Support and Development Services consultant.  Each consultant will report on that grant to the Oregon State Library Board of Trustees at the end of the grant.

The report schedule is included in the grant contracts. Thus the fiscal agent and the principal investigator should both have a copy of the contract. We ask that you talk to each other. We will be contact everyone who is not current on reports.  No claims will be paid if a grant is behind on reporting.
