As an fyi,  we can now accept electronic signatures.  We will be working this winter on altering our documents to accept a “born digital” signature.  In the meantime, you can scan a signed document and send us the scan.  Scan claims for payment and financial report forms and email to ferol.weyand@state.or.us.
