ESRI has a Creating and Editing Parcels class scheduled in Portland at
PCC, March 23 - 24.  If you have anyone you still need to get into this
training it might be a good opportunity.  If you are thinking of putting
anyone in this class we will need a total of 5 people by March 4th to be
able to confirm it.  Let me know if you have any questions.
