[ORMAP-Tech] Feature Linked TaxlotNumberAnno

We have our TaxlotNumberAnno feature linked with Taxlotpolys to display the taxlot number. This has been working very well. Every once in a while, our TaxlotNumberAnno will reposition to the center of the poly without any work or changes being done to the poly. 

I was wondering if anyone else uses the feature link and if so, are you seeing the same thing. I'm thinking it might be something in the MXD.
