[ORMAP-Tech] Update from the ORMAP Advisory Committee Meeting.

The Advisory Committee accepted all of the recommendation proposed to
them concerning the funding.
 

1.	There will now be a 20% grant cap (We will be working out all of
the details for the spring funding cycle).
2.	Grants of 3% or less will receive full funding.
3.	These will be applied to this fall's funding cycle (I have
attached the new reduction spread sheet and I'll be sending out the
reduction requests next week based on these numbers).
4.	The goal 6 date has been moved to 2016. Please take the time, if
you haven't already, and make any adjustments to your online ORMAP
business plans.
