[ORMAP-Tech] ESRI ORMAP Tools

The ESRI ORMAP tools for the ArcMap Version 10 are done.  We are meeting as
part of the technical meeting tomorrow in Salem.  Here is the agenda info.
In addition, I have included links in case you can not make the meeting.  We
will be planning a second release in early January for additional tools now
that the addin process is complete.
