Good Morning,

Please join us for our Annual Training Conference and Business Meeting scheduled for Tuesday May 5, 2015.

The event will start with "A Move Towards Success: The Art of Communication and Team Building."

Join Professor Singh, a conflict resolution practitioner and a law professor to learn about the delicate nuances of professional communication and towards learning and practicing teambuilding skills, including the art of questioning, creating empathy and of assertiveness. Prof. Singh is an international expert on Cross-Cultural Decision Making and has consulted with City, State and Private Sector here in Oregon and in eleven countries. He is adamant in making this presentation a fun learning event.

Prof. Singh practices, teaches and trains in dispute resolution. He is Associate Director of the Center for Dispute Resolution at Willamette University College of Law.  He teaches mediation theory & advocacy, arbitration, cross-cultural dispute resolution, advanced negotiation, and business negotiations.  Sukhsimran has mediated cases in Canada, United States and India and has served clients in commercial, family, public-sector, and cross-cultural matters.  With a passion for cross-cultural decision-making, he has lectured or conducted trainings in New Zealand, Australia, India, Canada, China, France, Denmark, Spain and United States.

In 2012, his Center received the 9th Circuit Award for Excellence in ADR Teaching.  Prof. Singh  is an Honorary Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, a Council Member to the Section of Dispute Resolution at the American Bar Association (ABA), C0-chair to the Associates Committee, ABA and has served as a Board Member of the Oregon Mediation Association.  He was a Commissioner with the Human Rights and Relations Advisory Commission, City of Salem and holds an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from University of Missouri-Columbia. Prof. Singh completed his post-graduate fellowship in Dispute Resolution from Hamline University's Dispute Resolution Institute and has clerked with Chief Justice of India.
