I am a little stumped on how to answer these question for an Ethnic breakout session for an advanced and entry level?  Do you have any suggestions?  Thank you

Course content: You described two different audiences, could you provide objectives and examples that you believe would be relevant to each group.

Professional background- Could you provide information regarding the level of authority each group would have when acting in their official capacities.  This information will aid the trainer in developing examples that are relevant to the attendee
