Hello and Welcome to this year's conferences,

At last year's Conference, members were turned away due to limited seating.  This year we have two Conferences planned:  one on April 28th and the other on May 3rd, to assure that all of our members can attend.  The April conference is intended for Advanced Financial staff, while the May conference is an Introductory for newer staff to State Financial.

Keynote Speaker: Stephen Hacker CEO - Transformation Systems International, LLC
Technological shifts and newfound customer requirements impact our society, organizations and daily work processes.  But, we often see these changes as an isolated incident, something to address and overcome.  Better to view change as a series of tsunamis, increasing in frequency and magnitude.  These waves of change will usher either a transformation or cripple our enterprises.  Accelerated change and increased complexity are now demanding a different mindset and approach to ensure success
