Tacoma Community College (TCC) is pleased to invite applications for the Procure to Pay Manager.  This position will be responsible for managing day-to-day activities associated with the procurement, strategic sourcing, receiving, accounts payable and inventory functions of the College. The position ensures all product and material purchases meet defined quality standards following college policies and procedures along with state and federal requirements and all applicable laws.  This includes ensuring all materials are received, recorded properly, and payment of vouchers/contracts are timely and accurate. This position will work with complex college information systems, and serve as an expert in the integration and utilization of the procure-to-pay process. This position supports a diverse and dynamic community of internal customers and external constituents by providing rigorous stewardship of the college's material resources through high quality services, resource monitoring and control, and reporting.

Qualifications include:

*         Bachelors degree in accounting, business or closely related field from an accredited college or university.

*         Three years of recent full time equivalent (FTE) experience in procure-to-pay management.

*         Two years supervisory experience.

*         Experience following applicable fiscal guidelines, regulations, principles and standards when processing transactions.

*         Experience working with electronic procurement management and payment systems.

*         Experience in PeopleSoft procurement, receiving, expenses, and accounts payable modules desired.
Must have strong effective interpersonal skills and able to work independently and collaboratively with college administration and staff.  This is a full-time exempt professional position with a salary range of $60,000 -$65,000 annually DOE/DOQ.
