[OSFA] CORRECTED registration form, OSFA Fall Training

Good afternoon,
My apologies for the confusion on the first registration form and thank you to everyone who emailed letting me know it was incorrect :)

Attached is the correct and updated registration form!

OSFA will be holding a fall training on Excel with a focus on Power Pivot's.

Please see the attached registration form for more information.

Registration forms must be received no later than 10/28 but if you are interested I suggest you get it submitted quickly as there are only 16 spots available per session.

CPE credits will be available for this training.
