Oregon State Treasury is recruiting for the position of Banking Operations Manager. This is an internal statewide job announcement. The primary purpose of this position is to manage the Banking Operations Section of Treasury's Finance Division. In addition, the position acts as liaison between banks and other financial services vendors, state agencies, and local governments.  This position directly supervises Banking Operations Section staff members and works closely with the Finance Division and Information Systems management teams in all aspects of the job.
