Hazard to Navigation on Molalla River

The Oregon State Marine Board is alerting boaters and anglers of two log jams and other floating debris on the Molalla River. The two log jams are between the logging trestle and Goods Bridge.
According to Clackamas County Marine Deputy Doug Olsen, "The log jams are large and pose a definite hazard to navigation." Boaters should look for these hazards, which can cause significant damage to a boat. "The last thing we want is for a boater to get into trouble out there," Deputy Olsen said.
An update will be posted at www.boatoregon.com. when the log jams are cleared.
