Holgate Channel Working Group Meets June 28
 
The Holgate Channel Working Group will hold its final meeting on
Monday, June 28, from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in room B-14 of the
Multnomah Building in Southeast Portland. The public is invited to
attend.
 
The Working Group began meeting in February at the direction of the
Oregon State Marine Board and with the aid of a professional mediator.
The goal of the working group is to develop a proposed action to improve
safety and reduce conflict among various boating user groups. This will
be the sixth and final meeting.  Each meeting includes a short period
for the public to address the committee.  The Marine Board maintains a
blog for ongoing public discussion on this topic. 
 
This meeting is accessible to persons with disabilities.  Persons
needing some form of assistance to attend this meeting due to a
disability should contact June LeTarte at 503-378-2617 by Friday, June
25, at 5 p.m.
