Marine Board Holding Special Board Meeting December 5

The Oregon State Marine Board will convene a special Board meeting on Tuesday, December 5, at 9 am via teleconference to consider the following items:


*       A petition for rulemaking on Lake Billy Chinook;

*       Adoption of Aquatic Invasive Species Program rules pertaining to commercial liveries;

*       Consideration of a grant to repair two floating restrooms on Lake Billy Chinook; and,

*       Agency Director recruitment status update.

The public is invited to attend the Board meeting by coming to the agency, located at 435 Commercial St. NE in Salem.  Public participation by teleconference is not available.
