ORDERING BULK (20 OR MORE IN ONE DAY) MANUAL CHECKS
OSPS has created a written guide for the processing of the periodic,
seasonal need for bulk manual checks.  This is not a change to existing
procedure; prior guidance has been verbal.  This simply puts the guidance
into written format for ease of reference.

This new written guide can be accessed on our web page from the manual
