Re:              	Unclaimed Property

As a reminder, we are fast approaching the deadline of September 15, 2003
for having completed the "Due Diligence" portion of our responsibility to
attempt to locate the owners of stale dated checks.  These checks will
become unclaimed property if not claimed and cashed.  Any stale dated check
over $100.00 needs to be researched for the owner, via Internet, telephone
directory, etc.  If the owner is not able to cash the original check, a
replacement check can be requested.

In July, 2003 the following agencies received a list of stale dated checks
dated prior to July 1, 2001:  10700, 11600, 11900, 12300, 13700, 14200,
15000, 15500, 16500, 17000, 19800, 24800, 25700, 25900, 29100, 30910, 30936,
30939, 34000, 41100, 41200, 41500, 42500, 44000, 46100, 47100, 57500, 58100,
58600, 62900, 63500, 73000, 73410, 82200, 83100, 84500, 84800, 88500, 91900,
and 97100.  If your agency is not on this list, or if you have completed all
work related to your stale dated checks, you may disregard this notice.
