MEMORANDUM

TO:                 All Agency Payroll Staff

RE:                 Stale Dated Checks

FROM:           Pauline Kloft, OSPS Accountant

The deadline for stale dated checks is tomorrow October 1st.  If a check
needs to be cancelled or rewritten, please send to OSPS with the appropriate
forms today.  As well, a copy of your original list with notations regarding
the results of your efforts is due tomorrow October 1st.
