OSPS E-News ~ ACH Stops

Pauline Lewis is out today.  If you have ACH stop info, either leave a
message on her voice mail, or complete the ACH stop form and fax it in.

NOTE:  If you leave a voice mail, the OSPA entry won't be performed until
her return.  If you need to request a check today, use the ACH Stop form.
