This is an excerpt from a message that was just sent out on the personnel
news list.  Contact your personnel office for a full message.  Contact DAS
HRSD if your personnel office cannot help you.

"Timesheet information:  This is a correction to information previously sent
out regarding office closure time posted to timesheets.  We previously
advised that employees sent home for the day should charge their time to
regular time.   In addition, we advised that for office closures, exempt
employees would be paid regular time for the closure.  Clarification:  If it
has been determined that an employee should be paid during any portion of an
office closure (no work was performed), the time should be coded as MPL
(miscellaneous paid leave) on the timesheets."
