OSPS E-News ~ P160 Lookup Change

The OSPA P160 Name Locator screen now contains a field for the Employee ID#
(ORxxxxxxx).

You may notice several employees with all zeroes in that OR field.  This is
because inactive employees were not pushed to us from personnel when that
field was initially populated.  If/when an employee becomes active again,
that field will populate as expected.

We hope this will be useful to OSPA users.
