OSPS E-News ~ Changes At OSPS

Many of you are aware that Sandy Ridderbusch has moved from OSPS to SFMS to
accept a promotional opportunity.  While each and every person on the OSPS
team is knowledgeable about the payroll application, Sandy was recognized as
our expert.  We miss her for her expertise and having her as part of our
team, but she is most deserving of this promotion and we know she will do
great things for SFMS.

As a result of Sandy's departure, there are some changes to report.  Pauline
Kloft, the OSPS Accountant is rotating into Sandy's position for the next
six months.   Pauline has jumped right in to the work of maintaining the
system.   She has strong accounting and organizational skills. 

Pauline Lewis has accepted a six-month rotation into the OSPS Accountant
position.  Pauline's skills are a good fit for this move.  She moves to this
position already having knowledge of many of the tasks.  

To fill in behind Pauline Lewis, we are bringing in Kristina Wargnier as
another six-month rotation.  Kristina has worked at State Controller's
Division for over a year and brings strong technical and customer service
skills to this position.  You might think of Kristina as "the new voice on
the phone" as we plan to have her taking your calls when she arrives on
November 15. 

Gail Schoenke and Allison Absher remain as part of the OSPS Help group, but
Allison will be taking on some additional responsibilities as lead worker
for the group.  

Phone numbers haven't changed at this moment, but we will notify as soon as
they do.  Through all of these changes, we continue committed to providing
you with excellent system and payroll support.  We ask for your patience as
staff learn their new roles.
