OSPS E-News ~ MDNN Pre-Tax Childcare Deductions To Be Outdated

The job to outdate the MDNN Pre-Tax Childcare Deductions will run tonight.
Per PEBB requirements, participants must re-enroll to continue their
childcare deduction for the 2005 tax year.  
 
Any MDNN deductions with a start date 11/30/04 and earlier will be outdated.
If you have extended or added a deduction and have not used a start date of
12/01/04, the deduction will be outdated.  Please be sure you are using
12/01/04 for all starts and extensions.   If you add an MDNN code to the
11/30/04 P070 screen after the procedure runs tonight, you will need to
manually delete in the month of December to concur with PEBB rules.   Then,
re-enter the MDNN in the 12/31/04 screen for Plan Year 2005 deductions.
 
We will be distributing a report of the outdates tomorrow or Monday  so you
