OSPS E-News ~ Addresses for W-2s

As in years past, OSPS will be compiling addresses for printing on W-2s
after the close of December Run 2.  This year that date is 1/10/05, and we
will run the compiler early a.m. on 1/11/05.

Reminder that if you get change of address notifications from your personnel
office with an input date 1/11/05 or later, you will need to pull these from
your W-2 distribution and mail them individually to the new address.

Please share this information with your personnel office so they can help
you by getting address changes in timely.
