OSPS E-News ~ Your Feedback Needed - Payroll Reports

OSPS presently distributes PERS activity reports from each Run 1 and Run
2 payroll.  These reports document new employment and separations for
regular and seasonal employees and are entitled PNOE-A, PNOE-S, PNOS-A
and PNOS-S.
 
With the implementation of the PERS benefit system J Clarety, PERS no
longer needs us to provide these reports for them.  It is possible that
your payroll shop no longer need these reports for the same reason, but
we need your feedback to help us make that decision.  We don't want to
continue producing a report that isn't needed, but we also don't want to
eliminate a useful tool. 
 
Please contact me if you rely on these reports and it would be your
preference that they not be eliminated.  I would like to have all
feedback no later than February 1.  Thanks in advance for your feedback.
