The OSPS staff is working on a revised version of the Payroll Procedures
Manual.  The present version of the manual includes sample check lists
for new and terminating employees.  We plan to replace the existing
sample forms with new versions.  If you have versions of these
checklists that you would like to submit for inclusion in the manual,
please send them to osps.help at das.state.or.us.  We will be happy to give
