OSPS E-News ~ New Benefit Package XO - SEIU Represented Temps

On Friday evening, SEIU represented temporary employees were moved from
benefit package XA to XO benefit package which has been specifically
configured for them.  Unfortunately, a necessary edit that permits the
use of SEIU dues code GSNN was not successfully installed in benefit
package XO.  That will be done tomorrow before final cutoff.  

 

When you review your exception codes tomorrow, please disregard any
alerts telling you that the dues deduction could not be calculated.
That will resolve itself when final run processes.   Thanks for your
patience as we improve OSPA.
