OSPS E-News ~ 2006 OSPS Processing Calendar published

Hi all,

Somehow the fact that all the cutoffs say "Dec" instead of the
appropriate month managed to escape all of our review!

Anyhow, the cutoffs are on appropriate days, and we'll fix the month
identifiers next week.

The software the state uses to publish online content is offline until
Friday at the earliest.
