OSPS E-News ~ OSPS Classes in Portland

OSPS is offering two classes on February 2 in Portland.

In the morning, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, we are offering Requesting a Corrected W-2.  In this class we will cover determining if you need to request a corrected W-2 and the steps to request it.  We will then walk through several examples.

In the afternoon, from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, we are offering an Introduction to OSPA Reports.  Reports will include Payroll Exception, Employee Time Exception, Payroll Register -- Alpha, Leave Accrual Detail Transaction Register, Deduction Register Detail, and Gross Pay Adjustments.

If you are interested in attending one or both of these classes, please send an e-mail to SCD.REGISTER at state.or.us.  Include the name and date of the training in the subject line.  In the e-mail, provide who will be attending, and the phone number and e-mail address for each attendee.  NOTE:  THIS IS A NEW REGISTRATION PROCESS.
