OSPS E-News ~ Instructions For SEIU Dues - Transfers

In recent past, there have been discussions about the correct actions to
take when an SEIU represented employee transfers to another position,
associate dues and discretionary and voluntary deductions for SEIU
programs.  OSPS has worked with DAS Labor Relations on the attached
guidance document.  This document will help you to understand the
overall rules that apply and to select the correct set of actions for
any transfer circumstance.  We hope that you will find this to be a
