OSPS E-News ~ Requested Screen Display Has Been Completed - PSEC

The display of the PSEC screen has been modified per the request from
those who use the screen.  During the project to implement the use of
the employee ID number into system screens, PSEC users asked for
specific functionality.  Changes have been completed today to allow
entry to the PSEC using either EID or SSN but the display will be the
SSN.  This screen is available only to agency payroll staff. 

 

For those who are unfamiliar with this screen, the PSEC builds a table
and associated controls for agencies who user OSPA Online Daily Time.
The screen displays a table of employees who report their time and
supervisors who electronically approve that time and assembles them into
reporting groups.  This screen is not used by those who use paper
timesheets or those who interface time from an agency specific time and
attendance system.
