Betsy Kelly, Payroll Manager for Forestry has asked OSPS to pass on
information about a training opportunity.  Forestry will be hosting an
IOMA audio conference about taxable fringe benefits (see description
below) and they would be happy offer available space to interested
payroll staff from other agencies.
