There are three payroll related policies posted for review and comment.

comments are due on these by February 23. You will find a link to the

Subject: New & Revised OAM Policies Posted for Comment
A new policy is being added to the Payroll Chapter of the Oregon
Accounting Manual (OAM) regarding the handling of sick leave balances at
retirement. We worked with DAS HRSD on the content for this new policy.
In addition, two policies within the Payroll Chapter of the OAM are
being revised to improve clarity of the policies. The changes proposed
in OAM 45.05.00.PO, Regular Pay Days, provide clarification about a
January 1 payday and agencies who upload time from their own time and

there are areas of the policy that need to be further clarified. This
notice will also be sent to payroll staff through another e-mail list.
