[Announcements]

Once again we are offering classes on Requesting a Corrected W-2.  We
are offering the same class on Wednesday, January 17 from 1:00 to 2:30;
Tuesday, January 23 from 10:00 to 11:30; and Friday, February 16, from
1:00 to 2:30.  All three classes will be held in the SFMS Conference
Room, 1st Floor, Executive Building, 155 Cottage NE, Salem.

In this class we will cover determining if you need to request a
corrected W-2 and the steps to request it.  We will then walk through
several examples.

If you wish to register, please send an e-mail to
SCD.REGISTER at das.state.or.us.  In the Subject: line include the name of
the class and date you wish to attend.  In the body of the e-mail,
include the agency number, and the name, e-mail address, and phone
number for each employee you wish to register.  You will receive an
e-mail confirmation.
