As of today, we have moved beyond any opportunity to make adjustments
related to tax year 2006 within OSPA.   Here is a reminder of a step
that you can take now to avoid a lot of work later.  

 

When processing corrections for the December pay period, while you are
on the P190 screen, before you set a flag and hit that enter key, be
sure to look to the left side of the screen - if the tax year says "06",
you cannot set a corrective for that set.  

 

Effective January 9, 2007, any changes you need to make related to 2006
will be accomplished by correcting the 2006 W-2 - and we will help you
work through that process.
