OSPS E-News ~ Exception Reports - New Alert Effective Today

Just a reminder that the exception reports distributed this morning will
display changes recently made to add an alert about SEIU union dues
deductions that may be errors.  We hope that you will find this new
alert to be helpful and useful.  

 

 

Report: Exception Reports E120-052A, E122-042A, E120-042A & E122-046A

Effective: January Run 1

Change: Alert to the presence of active SEIU Union Dues deduction codes
DONN, DSNN, TDNN, GONN or GSNN. On the P070 screen of an employee in the
Executive/Management Service (XX) and Classified/Unrepresented (CU)
benefit packages.  The error message is "5100 - Active union dues for
ben pkg CU/XX"  This will alert you that union dues may be deducted from
this employee in error.
