Information Security

 

OSPS staff work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  We are
aware that many of our customers work alternate shifts and are in the
office before 8:00 AM or after 5:00 PM.  We just want to remind you that
with the differences in work hours, you might fax something to us and we
won't be here to promptly remove it from our fax machine. 

 

As a solution, we suggest that you send us faxes only during our
business hours.  Another suggestion is to use the employee ID number
exclusively for the preparation of P370 check requests and eliminate the
use of the employee SSN.
