Just a reminder that the OSPS Users' Forum is tomorrow, February 20,
from 1:00 to 4:30 in the Veteran's Auditorium, 700 Summer St. NE, Salem.

This is the first forum at the new time and frequency.  We think we have
several agenda items that you will appreciate and enjoy.

Karin Bowders, Oregon Department of Revenue, Audit Division, will make a
presentation and answer questions about DOR Determination Letters.

Cindy Forest, Senior HR Management Consultant, DAS HR Management and
Consultation, will talk about the recent changes to the "Bermuda
Triangle of Leave Laws" and Family and Medical Leave policy changes in
relationship to payroll.

For this year, OSPS would like to institute a new feature of forums
which is a time for group discussion on payroll best practices where
agencies can share what they do on a specific topic.  This time, we
thought it would be appropriate to see which payroll offices are
responsible for tracking FMLA / OFLA hours and the tools they use.

Finally, Sharon McKeehan will talk about the OSPS Gold Star Award for
2007 and Kathyron Parsons will be on hand to answer any questions about
this year's W-2c process.
