OSPS E-News ~ GAMW, GAQD codes discontinued

Payroll Professionals,

GAMW (Cavalry Portfolio Services) and GAQD (Prestige Financial Services)
codes have been discontinued as of 6/30/08.

If you are using either of these codes, please change to the
consolidated code GBCT for Sullivan & Terranova.

Agencies that used the codes in the May or June pay periods have been
notified individually.

We were notified of a change in name/address by an agency payroll
professional.  OSPS telephoned the attorney's office and asked about the
three codes we have for them (GBCT, GAMW, GAQD).  OSPS was told "any
garnishment sent by our office can be made payable to Sullivan &
Terranova at the new 3518 address".
