OSPS E-News ~ Display Changes to Online Daily Time Screens

[Announcements]

Agencies using OSPA Online Daily Time module will see some changes in
the information that is provided on the screens.  These changes were
made based on customer request and we are happy to announce the
completion of this work.  OSPS is committed to the use of discretionary
system maintenance time for customer driven changes and improvements. 

 

P004 - Time Capture Screen

This screen will now display the employee's crew number, position
number, benefit package, and holiday schedule (actual or observed)

 

P005 - Employee Entry Menu

No changes

 

P006 - Supervisor Entry (Approval) Menu

This screen will now display additional information that will assist the
supervisor when reviewing and locking time. Information added is
employee's crew number, position number, benefit package, work schedule,
pay basis, OT eligibility status, regular hours in the pay period and
holiday schedule.

 

P007 - Entered Pay Types By Day - Summary

This screen will have summary totals of each pay type entered for the
month displayed in the upper right hand corner. In the lower right hand
corner there will be a display of regular, other, leave without pay and
forecast hours.  

 

We hope Online Daily Time users will find these changes useful.  The
OSPA Screen Descriptions in the online Reference Manual will be updated
by noon today.
