OSPS is passing on a message from Sandy Newman at the Oregon Savings
Growth Plan.  Sandy wanted to find a way to thank the agency payroll
community - so here it is. 



Hi Sharon........ 

I just sent the message below to Sharon Marr. She suggested I send it to
you too.  I was just so appreciative that the payroll memos  I sent last
month were completed in a timely manner.  EVERY payroll person in all
the agencies affected  were completed, with no problems.   A job well
done.....

I wanted to express this last week, but I don't know who to communicate
with to get the message out.

I just want all the payroll people to know how much I appreciated them
getting all the deferral changes completed this month in such a timely
manner.  This is the first month in a long time that all the changes
were made before I checked them.  It was so nice to put a pile of papers
away at the same time without having to re-check.
