OSPS E-News ~ Payroll Register Class -- 10/21

[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

There is still room in the OSPA Payroll Registers class on October 21,
1:15 to 4:15 pm in the SFMS Conference Room, 1st Floor, Executive
Building, 155 Cottage St. NE, Salem.
 
This class assumes a basic knowledge of payroll and OSPA.  Participants
in the class will work together to sleuth out the many pieces of
information that the registers contain, such as job changes,
correctives, overpayments, and tax, retirement and overtime
calculations.  You will want to come prepared to do math.
 
To register, send an e-mail to SCD.REGISTER at das.state.or.us.  Put the
name of the class in the Subject: line.  Include the attendee's name,
agency, telephone number, and manager in the body of the e-mail.
