OSPS Project Update - Charitable Fund Drive Uploads to P070


 

CFD pledge transactions for 2010will be uploaded tonight (12/2/09) to
the P070 screen.   This upload activates pledges for the coming 12
months and those made for a single month -  December paid January only.


 

 

 

Reports

Transaction reports will be distributed to lock boxes tomorrow.  

Single Deduction Code

All transactions will be entered with deduction code Q5NN.  We have
converted to a single deduction code for 2010.    

 

Errors

Some pledges fell out of the validation process and have been returned
to CFD for resolution.  These relate to employees who pledged while
working at one agency and have now moved on to another agency.  CFD will
verify that the donor wishes to continue the pledge and will send a
deduction request to agencies for manual input to OSPA.  Please be sure
you enter these only with deduction code Q5NN.  

 

Obsolete Codes

Obsolete codes will be deleted after November Run 2.  

 

Pledge Validations

CFD has sent an e-mail validation to all donors.  OSPS has sent requests
to agencies for large donor verification.  (only a few agencies were
included in this review)

Important Reminder

Use only deduction Q5NN for any CFD transactions you manually enter into
P070 effective 12/2/2009 and after.
