The 2009 Legislature changed how the state will calculate the supplemental income for employees who are on LWOP for active military service and qualify for the Military Donated Leave Program (MDLP). At the same time, the Human Resource Services Division of DAS has been partnering with OSPS and the DAS Operations Division to simplify the MDLP business process and policy. These changes will be effective January 1, 2010.

HRMC is inviting agency HR, payroll and accounting staff members to a special joint MDLP Policy Discussion on Tuesday, December 15, from 9:00 to 11:00 am in the Employment Auditorium, 875 Union St. NE, Salem, http://maps.google.com/maps?q=875+Union+Street+NE+Salem,+OR+97311&spn=0.027587,0.055202&hl=en
