[Announcements from OSPS to the users of the Oregon State Payroll Application]

This morning's updates on OSPS web page include the January 2009
Training News, http://tinyurl.com/5ds8pd .  This month's edition
includes the January class, suggestions for searching the web, and tax
"miscellanea."

We also updated Appendix B and Appendix C with some enhancements that we
hope will be helpful.  For timesheet pay codes, Appendix B,
http://tinyurl.com/8qua42 now has an additional column that indicates
whether the hours entered with each pay code are included in total
regular, LWOP, or other totals.

In Appendix C, http://tinyurl.com/6uu662 we've started indicating
whether the deductions pay in arrears or in advance.  If you see a
deduction code where the indicator is blank and you know that it is paid
in the arrears or the advance, please let us know.
