leave.   PB balances will be refreshed when leave accrual runs the night
of July 10.

There have been many questions about the award of Personal Business (PB)
leave for the 2009-2011 biennium.  Employees will "see" their 24 hours
of PB leave (or pro-rated portion thereof for part-time employees) for
the 2009-2010 fiscal year on their August 1 paycheck, but the leave is
available for use effective July 1, 2009.  We anticipate that there will
not be a change for the 2010-2011 fiscal year and that the PB leave will
be awarded on July 1, 2010, as well.
