OSPS E-News ~ No Cost Training - Child Support Withholding

Here's a great opportunity for training on child support withholding and
the National Medical Support Notices.  Although the state's personnel
system takes care of the new hire reporting and OSPS sends your child
support withholdings electronically, there is still value in
understanding the requirements for these processes.  Those of you who
have attended a training presented by DOJ Child Support Division know
these sessions are presented by the experts,  packed with information,
and provide an opportunity to have your questions answered.  

Oregon Division of Child Support, Statewide Employer Seminar 2009,  The
Essentials of Child Support will be offered free in August at several
locations.   

The three hour seminar will provide useful employer information that
includes New Hire Reporting, remitting child support payments
electronically, processing income withholdings and National Medical
Support Notices.
