The DAS HRSD Centralized PERS Services Team wants to notify you that the PERS jClarety (EDX) system will be down for upgrades and servicing from 5pm, June 5th (tonight) through June 15th, 6pm (Monday).  Our understanding from PERS is the system will be up again on the 16th (Tuesday at 8am).
During this time, neither PERS nor our staff will be able to provide status checks for employees hiring on with the State of Oregon until June 16th.  Please maintain lists of employees, using the attached spreadsheet, through out this time and then fax it to us on or after the 16th for processing.
